FULL OF SCAM. NEVER USE THESE GUYS. We booked them for europe trip before covid. Due to covid, we had to cancel and united gave us credit and they can only be used from metro travel (weird). Now they are unresponsive. We were 18 people, which equates to about $9000+ credits !!! Worst…bad bad bad

I wish I could give them 0 stars FOR STEALING MY MONEY AND SCAMMING ME!!! I booked my ticket last year and air india gave them refund to help me re-book my ticket before Dec 2022. Now they are lying and saying they don't have my cancellation from Air India. I called Air India and they said the third party (which is them, Nehaben knows everything) has the money. FIND SOMEONE ELSE, DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY FOR ZERO SERVICES!

don't buy from here. I was fool that I trust them and booked ticket. but next morning price went up and they said even we hold ticket its no longer available. I submitted most forms too. I found ticket my self online at cheapoair and asked them to buy it just to give them business and make good relationship. but I was fool that I thought it. they not deserve it. hope I brought directly from online.

I have went many times there .. Every time I went they are so rude. I understand they need to ask questions and make sure what you went there for. There is no reason for them to SPEAK so dam rude. THEY ARE SO RUDE WHEN APPROACHING TO YOU when you ask one question they explain with an attitude... as a customer we need to ask questions!! Rude Rude !!!!!!!! Some people say they are nice... maybe they pick and chose their customers!!!
