Alhamdulillah, we had a truly memorable Umrah trip from April 8 to April 13, thanks to the excellent planning by Matchless Travelers. Everything was smooth and well-organized. On special request, our room at Pullman ZamZam in Makkah was upgraded to a beautiful Haram view—( picture attached ) Alhamdulillah. Our hotel in Medina (Movenpick) was also just a very short walk from gate 327 of Masjid e Nabvi, making everything convenient ( picture attached). The included breakfast was a great addition and made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you for the outstanding service—definitely a well-deserved 5/5!

Review for Matchless Hajj Travel – A Truly Memorable Hajj Journey Alhamdulillah, our Hajj journey with Matchless Travel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we landed at Madina Airport, everything was exceptionally well-coordinated. Our group was warmly received, and a bus was waiting for us with a light meal provided for the hotel transfer. We stayed at Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick Hotel, which was absolutely top-class. From the quality of food to Ziyarah arrangements and Rawda appointment guidance, every detail was thoughtfully handled. Tickets for the Haramain High-Speed Train were arranged in advance, and we traveled in a well-organized group to Makkah, where we were transferred to our Azizia accommodation, Hotel 21. This newly built and well-maintained hotel exceeded our expectations with 24/7 service, 3-course meals, and round-the-clock snacks, tea, and drinks available on multiple floors. Before Hajj, we had a comprehensive and detailed lecture by Ahmad Sheikh, who clearly explained every ritual and answered all questions patiently, an absolute blessing for first-time pilgrims. Transfers to Mina were smooth. The camps were neat and clean, and the VIP-style bathrooms, despite the massive crowd, were managed quite well. Meals were provided; while the food was rich for such conditions, it’s understandable given diverse tastes. The Arafat camps were again clean and comfortable, and bathroom facilities were decent, all things considered. In Muzdalifah, we received packed light dinners, which were perfect given the heat and exhaustion—truly appreciated. The next morning, we returned to the hotel, and our Qurbani was done earlier than expected. The group’s real-time communication and coordination were impressive every step was timely and clear. For Tawaf-e-Ziyarah, buses were arranged to and from Haram, which was a huge help, especially considering the heat, crowds, and the possibility of getting lost. The return trips to Mina and for Rami over the next two days were also well-managed, showing their commitment to smooth logistics. They even arranged multiple shuttle timings for Tawaf-e-Wada, based on each person’s flight schedule, and ensured everyone was dropped off at Jeddah Airport punctually. A special shoutout to Raheel Yaseen for flawlessly managing the entire 11-day Hajj package, to Faheem Sahab for his insightful guidance throughout the journey, and to Ahmad Sheikh, whose presence and spiritual leadership made a profound impact. We also had the chance to meet Nabeel Sheikh towards the end, an approachable and knowledgeable person who left a great impression. May Allah bless the entire Matchless team for making this journey the most memorable and spiritually fulfilling experience of our lives.
