Just left this office with a huge smile on my face. Mayra was so helpful and sweet she explained everything about my travel to Cuba in detail to me. Customer service by phone,forget it,don't even bother. But I'm giving it 3 stars just for Noel,ext 22,at this location in Nj...Great guy,sincere. I been traveling with this agency for the past 8 years. No problem at all,all my tickets and papers they prepare in order for me not to have a problem in cuban customs.

What a nightmare.... they were recommended from a biking company to book an over night hotel and obtain 2 Visa’s... Once they received the initial info to book, it was impossible to reach them. Never answered emails, frequently no receptionist would answer, the person who was handling our account voice mail was either full or wasn’t answeared. One day we found a $717.00 charge on our credit card from them., even though I had asked them multiple times to notify me of the costs accrued. ... again, for one overnight hotel and 2 visas.... only when I threatened to cancel payment on my credit card did I get a call. For those going to Cuba... we found out later that you can order on any hotel on line site accomindations in Cuba.
