Very helpful she took of a load off us. Meaning helping my mom especially with the ashes of my brother in airplane. My mom wanted JetBlue. And only JetBlue. Perfect time ❤️💯‼️

I will never go back to this agency again because they have no patience. The lady kept going back-and-forth in the back room and she lied on my name and her English wasn’t so good so I found another agency that booked my flight. This is why I’m giving a one star Communication sucks.
