However, The shuttle service provided by Kiswa Tours was not available during Hajj days as the hotel closed it, but it would be great if Makkah Tours could arrange their own transport to Masjid al-Haram, as the walk was about 20+ minutes. In the afternoon heat, this walk became quite difficult. Also, having more staff and ladies staff during Hajj days, especially in Mina, would be helpful. The Medina, Mina, and Muzdalifah stays were VIP, and the food arrangements were excellent very well managed.I will must say Luggage handling traveling from Maka to Medina was smooth. The whole ad mostly of this hajj group as K4000,K5000,K8000 and so on were falsely advertised as 10 mins walk from masjid al Haram NOR there was a bus service from hotel to Al Haram mosque. They are crooks and poor service providers. They are liers and dishonest. I am shocked and extremely dissopounted . Before booking hajj pacakage check partners of your Hajj agency eg Al Bait. If Makkah Tours, run opposite. They made us walk in 127 F in jamarat to Makkah and could not arrange trasport. The guy who took us was not even from Makkah Tour but any regular hujjaj who the posed as a guide. Thos man was so disrespectful as a guide for elderly women they made them run. And so many had to seek help from others as they didnt care to have group loggo or banner up in Mina until 2 days people got lost and they were argument over of helping people. Avoid at all cost.
