Highly disappointed! I suggest them sticking to just providing services related to traveling! I am really disappointed with their translation services. It has been at least three instances where I have had to reach out to them with corrections on translations they provided. It seems they just file the paperwork and nobody checks for errors and accuracy and the lack of communications is what strikes them all. A true professional confirms to a minimum the accuracy of paperwork filed without needing to cause any back and fourths and annoyances with the client. I can understand if it was large files but the fact they are not able to confirm and provide excellent services on literally one sheet of paper makes me wonder of their proficiency and how they continue to stay in the business. Luckily, as other disappointed reviewers mentioned, there are plenty of other great professional who know what they are doing and how to respect a client and take responsibility for their mistakes. For certain will not be using their services ever again! A waste of time and money!!!!

The best travel agency! We have been traveling with Louis overseas for more then 20 years now. Booking with them is easy and everyone there is very friendly and helpful. We get updates for our flight with phone calls and emails. Overall I am very happy and I have peace in my mind whenever I have to travel.
