Attention!!!! The way they make their money is by booking you for the wrong dates and by spam calling the airline to get your exact correct dates and seats. I bout a main cabin ticket end up with basic economy. If you call the airlines no matter which one delta, United etc…. They will confirm this. Do not use them delta told me just call and ask for a discount DO NOT book with these people. I’m suffered to sit in seats I cannot move or upgrade because of this and had to be on hours on the phone with delta because they understood to help switch seats in the end they want to make money off your ticket. Again, they do not book for you exact dates they will book a cheaper flight and keep the difference of money then spam call the airlines to get them to change the correct dates with out fees.

Just returned from a 5 day visit to my family in Ga. I booked with Lookupfares..all went well to get me to my destination but imagine my surprise upon receiving my boarding passes and the second flight had no gate or seat assignment. I called Delta directly to see about reassigning a seat for the 1st flight to get me closer to the exit due to a quick connection..the agent told me I was on a standby list and if I wanted a seat I had to pay $248.30. I was told I had a promo ticket. I was never told this. I even bought insurance incase a flight was canceled while speaking to an agent from Lookupfares. Needless to say I paid $248.30 because I had to get home! I would NEVER recommend this company. I will be calling them tomorrow as I just got home from the airport. What I was lead to believe my round trip flight would cost$223 for flight with insurance $270. With my return flight of $248 became $518. Lookupfares you will be hearing from me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I would give them a Zero if that was an option! This company exhibit's fraudulent behavior. I booked a flight to Europe. Gave my card information. Booked the flight only to get a call from the company saying that the price that i paid was only half the passengers! They tried to get another $500 plus dollars from me. I refused to pay more! Then lookupfare had the nerve to say if I cancel the reservation I would have to pay regardless! Such BS!!! Do not book with this company they are Crooks….
