scammed me out of over $2,000. I purchased airline tickets for my entire family, and after they charged my card, they claimed they could not get us all on the same flight. This was clearly false, as Delta (the airline) still had the exact flight available—including open seats that I could select myself. When I called to cancel the booking due to this dishonesty, the representative “PHEONIX” (who appeared to be deliberately evasive) kept pretending not to understand my request. He insisted he would send me the tickets by email, completely ignoring my request to cancel. Only after I became visibly frustrated did he finally agree to send a cancellation confirmation. This interaction occurred around 9:00 PM after I returned a missed call from their office. After that, I received a voicemail claiming I need to call again to process the refund—despite already receiving an email saying the cancellation was confirmed and a refund would be processed within one month, which is unacceptable. This company is deceitful and operates using dishonest tactics to delay or prevent customers from obtaining refunds. Their behavior is misleading, manipulative, and borderline fraudulent.

I wanted to contact LATAM and by mistake called these guys to change my flight from Lima to LAX. A guy by the name of Alex an Indian kept me on hold for more than 36 minutes and gave me a price of $586 per passenger. I told him I am charging due to a medical emergency of my wife and that’s too expensive. Then he was asking what am I ready to consider. I told him $100-200. He called me but went to my voice mail. This is what he told me on VM. “Hey Mr. Alex calling in regards to your flight today I was able to get the exception over here and we can get the changes done for like $206 per person so please give me a message as quickly as possible and give me a call back thank you…” Never go to these guys Ripoffs I got my date changed free of charge by the airline

Called me to upgrade my cruise made me think they were the cruise line then promised more than was received and charged me for the max. Absolutely don’t trust these people make sure you are speaking with the establishment not with these cons. Upon many calls to them about it I realized they are just out to take advantage of people. lookbyfare defrauded me of $13.500 by requiring a double payment of airfare to avoid cancellation of expensive trip to Japan. They promised a refund and intimated that the airline was responsible for the refund while in fact they scammed the money for themselves. do not use this corrupt company!

This Company is the worst. Bought 4 tickets to Tucson on Alaska Airlines and got up to board the plane and they said we were not on the flight that the 3rd party Company Lookbyfare had no Authorization to book flights on Alaska Airlines. We had to get flights with different airlines on our own paid double. Then missed our car pick up lost that money. Had to get another car with another company cost us 3 times what we paid. Then had to do the same with our return flight. It was a night mare. Ive had to call them every day to get my refund. I am also going after them to pay the difference we had to pay to get new flights and car rental.So think twice about using this company. It may be a cheap airfare but you better make sure it's real. We even checked in the day before and got boarding passes.
