Their office is permanently closed, cleared out/signage is gone. ADDENDUM: Please note: the business is operating by phone/online ONLY. Went from 1/5 to 3/5 for the relatively quick response time, but I actually found a different brick and mortar travel office just after leaving this area, so i havent had the pleasure of experiencing their services. Gail at Liahona Travel is a rockstar! We gave her a large wish list for our trip to the French Polynesian Islands (Tahiti/Bora Bora) and a max budget. She knocked it out of the park. We got everything we asked for, UNDER budget, and she threw in EXTRAS....additional airfare, meals, business-class lounge during a long layover....and since she has actually been there, she gave us numerous tips we'd never know about otherwise. Tahiti Market, Black Pearl Farm, Vanilla Farm, Rum Distillery, where to go for snacks & beverages outside the resort, electrical outlet converters, reef safe sunscreen, money exchange. For an added touch of AWESOME, she gave me a pareo (sarong) and a bottle of lotion from Tahiti before the trip! Super classy! We are already dreaming about our next trip...Gail will be the first person we call!

Linda was the best! We loved our hotels and the tours were perfect! So nice to have things like train reservations and water taxis all pre-booked and ready to go! I will definitely recommend her to others!

It was so great to have most everything prepaid and planned. I would have preferred a couple of our hotels be a little nicer. Also our tour guide for the Vatican was terrible. She treated us like naughty children and was rude to the guards there. Embarrassing. But overall the trip and other tours were great!
