This agency is useless. A long-time client had a bad experience with them. A friend bought a round-trip ticket to Puerto Rico, and her appointment to take the citizenship test arrived. She wanted to change her return trip, but they kept all her money and didn't give her a refund. Jet Blue instead gave her a partial credit, and the agency kept an open ticket for themselves or to sell. Don't trust that agency.
