Joan Schwartz is AMAZING!! She recently planned our trip to Greece, and it was incredible! Everything was so easy. I didn't have to research or worry about a thing! She offered suggestions of activities and where to go, and then she booked everything from transportation, hotels, restaurant reservations, to private tours with exceptional guides! We had an easy-to-use app that told us the plan for each day...where to go, and time to meet up with tour guides or transportation. We also had access to 24-hour assistance, which came in handy when we got stuck an extra day in Athens due to airplane issues. We are so grateful for her help and truly making our trip one to remember.

Shonah Rabman. Absolutely horrible travel agent - does the bare minimum. Terrible to work with. Take your money elsewhere. Also: Lake Shore Travel is impossible to get in touch with to complain to - I wouldn't go near this company.
