I made my reservation date change this rude n unprofessional staffer New Jersey office name Victoria told me $60 including everything n then later she charged me $95 excess charges. I asked Victoria how come ur charging me extra then she gives me stupid excuse that we have to charge the taxes which she told me lies. It's rip off people. Victoria is cheater. This Kuwait airways staff doesn't know their job. Even Victoria was RUDE n not helpful. Guys don't trust this people they will tell U'll different price n then charge u More extra different price. Shaking my head. They r cheaters. Worst service.

Highly dysfunctional airline. I booked my tickets and wanted to modify my travel dates. That's when all hell broke loose. No one ever answers their call center in US or Canada. Website doesn't work or allow to modify tickets. Airline website claims that fort Lee office is open on Saturday. It's not!! I drove 2 hours and wasted my time.. only advantage is flight is cheap. Customer Service is horrible
