I only book this Airline because of the Sky Priority, but they don't honor Skyteam Elite Plus card from other airlines. Be aware of this scam.

On November 22nd, I booked a flight from Atlanta to Incheon via Boston on Korean Air’s website. The transfering time was 1 hour, but I trusted the airline because it was sold in a bundle. At Boston Airport, no one guided and when I went to catch the shuttle, Airport staff said it was too late after seeing my ticket and wouldn’t let me on. I couldn’t move between domestic and international flights. Since I was traveling domestically on Delta, I called the hotline in the airport and explained the situation, but they told me to ask Korean air since they had already booked the ticket with them. I had to stay on the phone at the airport all day. I came back to Atlanta with spending my own money and cancel fee so I was angry at Korean Air’s unfairness. I wonder why they sell these tickets and charge customers ridiculous cancellation fees and useless tickets compared in the case of Air Canada, they kept updating me with emails and texts about the carrier and gate for the schedule, and the staff was always standing in the passenger aisle, so I couldn’t even be confused. It's too comparable. Just because I used Korean Air, I had to cancel my entire trip and ended up paying a cancellation fee and a return ticket home.

Worst experience ever, my flight delayed by 12 hours and they refused to hold responsibility

Nice airline when traveling to Asia and back. Clean airplane and friendly staff makes the very long 15 hour journey to Korea doable. Connection flight in Inchun is quick and the airport is one of the best I've seen. Well worth the cost and makes the trip doable. Long flights are never fun.
