Best airline ever. Full size candy bars for inflight snacks and great service. Every other one star review is a lie.

My spouse is traveling tonight from Denver via Chicago O'Hare to Muskegon, Michigan. Once the plane departed Denver and landed at O'Hare on time, there was over an hour to get to the gate. The Gate was not specified for KeyLime Air KG5775 on their web portal, only Terminal 3. When she got to Terminal 3, the departure board noted that the flight would depart from L27. She went to L27, and there was no plane, and no gate agent. Trying to assist her, I called Key Lime Air customer service, and they reiterated that the flight would depart from L27. I asked them to check again. They called the gate agent at O'Hare, and the customer service agent finally (after a brief hold) responded that the gate was now G21. That is the exact opposite end of Terminal 3. She ran to get to the gate and onto the plane.

Booked a flight out of Muskegon. After several significant delays, the gate agent said things were looking grim. Flight was likely to be cancelled. Why four stars? James and Gary found me a flight out of Grand Rapids, got it rebooked in about two minutes, and provided transportation. Unbelievable. I think that’s the best customer service I’ve had outside of Japan. These small airlines really struggle with delays and cancellations. I got lucky this time.

I flew the Denver to Pierre flight round trip. The flight was smooth and quick. They are one of the friendliest airlines that I've flown on. The lady that I talked to on the phone was amazing. I'm guessing the the low reviews are people that are impossible to please. The quality of the on-board snacks alone show that they are in a class of their own.

Customer Service was prompt and friendly provided by Allie in answering checked baggage fee, $50, and no restrictions when checking (MTB) bike travel bag from Cortez, CO.

This is literally the worst airline. They cancel flights and don’t send you an email, text, call etc etc. Nothing. They just update the airport screen. Do not use these idiots.
