Today I booked my flight from Charlotte NC via Delta to JFK to take Kenya Airways direct Flight From NY to Nairobi, Kenya. I was emailed an online payment-direct payment. Unfortunately, the payment system doesn't work. It completely refused to take my payment. I called customer service 3 times and non of them could help me. I was chocked to find that two of them even hang up on me without any reason or provocation. Surely, who is in charge of customer service team for this airline? This is very frustrating to me. I may just choose another airline that will treat me well. Please, do something and improve your services!!

Pathetic flight. JFK to Nairobi, it’s a very long flight and this is the main meal. The customer service Is terrible and the flight was absolutely filthy. The crew don’t look happy at all, even asking for a glass of water seems like a bother. This airline probably has the worst reputation, I keep hoping they’ve changed. Clearly they haven’t, my advice would be to stuff yourself before the flight, so you don’t spend 15 hours with a growling tummy.

I just completed a direct flight from NBO to JFK that lasted 15 hours. I wished it had been a layover flight with another airline. My original flight schedule was modified four weeks before departure, which forced us to change our travel plans. Although it was advertised as part of SkyTeam, my Delta Platinum Medallion status didn’t enable me to secure a complimentary seat closer to the front, and I ended up sitting four rows from the back of the plane. I asked for water during the flight, but the flight attendant never returned with it, forcing me to ask twice. It was unacceptable to only receive a cup of water during a 15-hour flight. Additionally, the air circulation was so poor that I ended up catching a cold. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My mother's flight from NY to BJM was delayed 6 hours without any prior communication (Feb 2025) Delegation members who came for meetings arrived without their luggage, customer care is hard to get hold of, and they have no physical office in NYC. just horrible

"the Pride of Africa" - hardly the pride of the Nairobi Airport. 32 hours from Harare to JFK. Food was dreadful!! Even the desserts and jams, I couldn't eat. I could only eat the bread. We also used the busses and stairs to the plane like this is the year 1969 ... Some movies are good on their system but not nearly as much entertainment as Emirates. Needs more music!! 2 stars because they didn't lose my bag and we made it there only 1.5 hours late.
