We had an incredible experience with Autumn and the entire Katie Bean Team planning our two-week vacation through Italy! It was such a treat to know every detail had been thoughtfully curated. We had so much faith in our hotels, transfers, tours, and guides that we were able to truly relax (even with 5 kids). Our boat day in Taormina was a highlight that will stay with us for decades and has most-likely ruined every other boat day we could possibly have! The communication was top-notch and Autumn and the others consistently went above and beyond! Thank you for the amazing vacation, we will never forget it and we look forward to more Katie Bean trips to come!

We are a family of 5 and we decided to use Katie Bean Travels for our family trip to Hawaii. Sara Beth was our concierge, and folks, let me tell you, they are amazing. Sara not only had suggestions on things to do but also helped with every detail of our trip, from dinner reservations to excursions. She completely took all the weight off of my shoulders. Plus all the confirmations and everything were put on a app on my phone so if anything came up.. It was so easy to pull up the confirmation to whichever excursion we were doing. Things we did while we were there were: Pearl Harbor, Jurassic World tour, Helicopter tour, Luau, and a Dolphin adventure.. Not to mention some leisure time at the resort at Aulani. If you are looking for someone who not just helps but actually comes alongside you and truly helps make your trip better and easier, you need to use them to help plan your next adventure.. IT makes everything easier and relaxing.. And isn't that what we all want on a vacation? As for the Resort, Aulani was amazing. It's a 5-star resort with a splash of Disney. Honestly, I wouldn't have known it was a Disney Resort if we hadn't seen the characters walking around at times.. The food was great and the pools were fantastic. I would highly recommend it. Even if you are not a Disney Fan. Also, it's 30 minutes away from Waikiki, which we loved, cause Waikiki is so busy (loved the shopping there), but it was nice to get back to the quiet resort away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu

Epic Ireland! Nicole and Katie Bean Travels assisted with top notch hotel choices, fun, exciting and well planned excursions and terrific restaurant suggestions. Our stays in Dublin, Killarney and Galway were among the finest hotels we've ever enjoyed. We've found that working with Katie Bean Travels, when planning excursions or tours, that the companies that are vetted through Katie Bean have been some of the best excursions or tours available. We planned a bucket list trip for my Dad, who was very unfamiliar with traveling, and Katie and Autumn really came through for us! We traveled to Italy to meet relatives and enjoy where our family came from, which was special in itself, but Katie and Autumn became part of the memories right away and really guided us through each piece. Our family really felt like they were there for us and cared about making it unforgettable, and we are so grateful to them for that!
