My company has a contract with JTB, and I used them to arrange flights and hotels when I returned home from work. However, the hotel charges that should have been billed by the company were billed to my personal credit card, my request for a baby bed that I had requested in advance was not conveyed to the hotel (or they didn't double-check), and I received vague answers when I asked about seats. My satisfaction level was low. Their service made me want to avoid JTB when traveling solo.
