No issue at all from checking in our vehicle, getting our boarding passes, getting seated, in flight service, deplaning, gathering our luggage, and picking up our rental car. Both leaving and returning, everything went smoothly. All staff was friendly, helpful, and most accommodating. Not having to get to the airport 2 hours + and struggling through the mobs. So much calmer and civilized. I am hoping JSX will expand their service area for our future travels.

Such a great experience flying JSX for the first time. Service was great. Flight to Las Vegas was very short. But the whole process was so smooth and efficient. Will definitely be flying JSX in the future!

This is an incredible alternative to dealing with a busy commercial airport. The flight experience is about as pleasant as a commercial short-haul first class flight, but the ease and convenience of check in, parking, etc…far exceeded my expectations. I love this little airline and wish they flew more places.

From the moment we pulled up, the valet was so on top of it and our bags were whisked away and brought to the check-in counter before we even finished saying goodbye to our Uber driver. The lounge isn’t flashy, but functional—coffee, tea, light snacks, and a calm vibe to settle in before boarding. The aircraft was comfortable, and if you’re booking, get the seats with the adjoining table. Free alcohol and premium snacks were a nice touch—felt elevated without being over the top. We’ll definitely be flying JSX again. They’ve nailed the experience.

A great way to fly. The experience is 5 star with amazing service by the staff. Arrive 20 minutes before your flight, avoid the garbage of TSA, and have a relaxed flight on a semi-private plane.
