He somehow found the perfect resort to cater to the needs of our group of 6 (spanning ages 10 months - 60+) making the most memorable trip for our family. Jordan took time to understand what we were looking for, presented us great options and ultimately booked us at our top pick. Jordan goes above and beyond for his clients, and we so appreciate his hard work. After booking our stay he helped us identify activities at the resort, promptly followed up with answers to all of our lingering questions, and ensured we had everything we needed for a stress free vacation.

We recently worked with Jordan and his team on a very complicated trip for 7 people coming from three different locations, to a place none of us had been before. The logistics alone were incredibly managed, but the experience of the trip itself was way beyond what we expected, and certainly beyond anything we could have done on our own. We are home and our hearts are forever changed. Can’t explain enough how much we appreciated Jordan and the Journey Bound team. We were a first time party of 5 traveling to Zermatt and then to Paris. Many emails were exchanged and decisions were made with the kindest help. First stop, Mont Cervin was the BEST! Hospitality was above and beyond. The amenities that were right there made it so relaxing. Ski locker, rentals, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was just what we needed! So perfect for a week-long stay. I am a list maker, organizer and the digital itinerary app was our Bible!!! We checked it several times daily and it kept things so organized and accessible. Not sure I can travel without something like that again. Trains were new to us…and we were happy to have the info at our fingertips and also the courage to try them. All of our guides were professional. Overall, I have just raved to my friends about what an essential part Jordan and his team played in making sure we had the best holiday!

Last year we did two weeks in Africa trekking gorillas in Rwanda and two safaris in Kenya. This was our 3rd trip with the Journey Bound and we wouldn't travel any other way. Jordan designed the perfect itinerary and sequence of events allowing us to see and do more than we would have done on our own. This year we have just returned from our Antarctica Expedition also designed by Jordan and Journey Bound. Don't know how Jordan arranged it, but we saw EVERYTHING: In Africa: The Big 5 with 2 leopards, two large families of gorillas, the wildebeest river crossing, 10 baby lions at once, both black and white rhinos, and the list goes on. In Antarctica - we also checked off all of the boxes too. From Jordan's recommended cruise line and side adventures- which was a combo of luxury accommodations - meals and education seminars to over 500,000 penguins, fur, waddell, crabeater and leopard seals, humpback and orca whales and birds spotting everywhere!
