Jen helped us plan our first trip to Europe. We went to Italy on a trafalgar tour. Jen helped us every step of the way and answered all questions. She prepared us for what to expect along the way. We had a great time. We saw many beautiful places and met many wonderful people. It was a trip of a lifetime and we are already excited about planning our next adventure. We will definitely be using JJ Travel Associates. Jen was great. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. She made planing so much less stressful.

I'm so glad to have Joel as my travel agent. My experience with Joel and advise on my travels has been nothing but wonderful. My retirement life has been more special having Joel within reach to guide me and set up so many magical travel experiences. Can't wait for my next adventure with the help of Joel.

Jen planned an incredible trip to Prague for us, March 2025. Our hotel, K+K, was perfect. It's unbelievable art noveau style was beautiful to experience every day. The location was super convenient and the breakfasts were UNREAL! We had such a great start to our day that we rarely needed lunch. Another plus was that the hotel had a beautiful sauna, which we used almost every night. Although the room was a little small, it really didn't matter much at all. The rides to and from the airport were easy and on-time and the walking tour with our guide, Marek (as well as the boat tour) our second day were exactly what we needed. We had our private guide, Petr take us to Kutna Hora, which was an interesting historic town coupled with the stunning Cathedral of St. Barbara. We had lunch in a really cool old pub with Petr. We saw Marek again and took the train to Plizen. It was a rainy day so we walked around the square, saw the church and then took a two hour tour of the Pilsner Brewery, which was really interesting. We also took a semi-private tour with only four other people to Czechy Krumlov. This was like a private tour and super interesting to see this beautiful town surrounded by a gorgeous river and lunch in a historic tavern. We also had a great time just on our own rambling around town the first and last days (perfect planning, thanks to Jen). We walked to the Prague Castle twice and had a lovely time at the concert we attended. We knew nothing about Prague when we left but with the guides that Jen introduced us to plus her incredibly helpful APP (that we used every day) plus some guidebooks, we were taught everything that we needed to know. Normally, we do not use travel agents because we like to do things ourselves. We have to say that Jen's service planned this trip so much better than we ever possibly could have. Plus, this was our first trip where although we walked miles every day, we felt rested. Having everything planned out took all of the worrying and stress off our shoulders!! I told them what I wanted and they did all the rest. I've used them multiple times now and every time was so easy and the trips were so much fun.
