Called in to get quotes on charters, looking around for a new private charter company since Wheels Up is no longer offered with American Express Platinum Gus said he is one of the owners very unprofessional very rude. Very disrespectful. Showed negative transference right out of the gate claimed I lived with my parents said I must be 5’5” said that I don’t have any money made. Sumption assumption showed cluster B personality disorders and narcissistic attributes classified in the DSM.-5 tr.. Said I must be a millennial and I guess millennials can’t have money. Very disrespectful called me back from another phone number to yell at me some more all of the interactions are recorded taking legal action. Advise you to go with any other company, jet options very disrespectful and unprofessional., Zero stars if I could. Don’t have pictures and don’t know how to attach Audio recordings

I found out on extremely short notice that I needed to charter a private jet for my boss and two other executives. I sent an email detailing what I would need and received a prompt response that day with an estimated quote. I spoke with Jay and Gus on the phone and both of them were extremely professional and helpful. I honestly barely had anything to go off of in terms of times or which private airports, which they completely accommodated and gave me the best ballpark options until the travel arrangements were more clear. Gus called me personally to follow up and explained how he and his brother started the company and the kind of personal experience they want to provide for their customers. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up booking a jet… but I wanted to leave a review because this was the BEST customer service I have ever received, especially without a signed contract. They were so great throughout the process and I hope to be able to book with them in the future.
