Empty seats on earlier flight, with a Blue Fare, they still said i could not switch to early flight. Never had issues with Delta,United, or American. Reason why don't fly Jetblue. This will be my last time.

This is the worst airline service...you guys are garbage. for days, you have my carry-on bag and I can't get it.Each day I call you baggage Service department keeps lying about the bag have to cancel my appointment and change my flight. dont have my medicine, amd JetBlue Worker Ali said I should go by medication over the counter each day, my bag should be here by 11, but your baggage Service closed at 11.Your worker took the bag, saying there's no overhead space, and left the bag at the airport in ATL

Got to give a give a shout out to Kelly our staff on a flight from Bahamas to Boston. She was amazing and really went above and beyond her duties. Jetblue please hire more like her!!

We flew from Boston to Punta Cana on January 6 2025. My baggage was found to be damaged and cracked when we took it off the carousel. Luggage is fairly new hard case cracked near wheel. I cannot use it again. Flight home from Punta Cana on January 11. 2025 was a disaster. Delay after delay and staff at airport very rude. No announcement for boarding when plane finally arrived! Everyone lined up like cattle then boarded on bus to jet. Will never fly this airline again!! We were supposed to leave at 5:05 pm had a five hour delay got in at 1 am instead of 8:24 pm left airport at 10 pm. We also had to stay in Boston as to late to drive home.

Not happy today. I usually like traveling using JetBlue but my flight is delayed by three hours. Normally my experiences have been much better, but it is what it is. Gotta wait and hopefully no more delays. We were supposed to take off at 8:45, now it is 11:45PM.
