I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the air hostesses T.J. and Ariel for the excellent service they provided to my partner and I on the flight from Cancun to Tampa on August 27th. They provided us with very high-quality service and comfort. Their smiles, kindness, good spirits, and professionalism were exceptional, creating a very positive service and experience. I love traveling on JetBlue. I've never had any problems. Everything is clean. The terminal is beautiful and quiet. I wouldn't change it for anything.

Update: 3rd flight change. As a first-time flyer with JetBlue, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the handling of my recent flight delay. A four-plus hour delay, caused by issues on JetBlue's end and the lack of concern from your customer service team is sad. After planning every detail of my journey, this significant delay has thrown things into disarray (pickup, drop-off, meetings). When I called to seek some form of relief for the inconvenience, I was met with a flat "no." This complete disregard for a customer's time and effort is a terrible way to start a relationship with a new airline. My experience with another low-cost carrier, Frontier Airlines, stands in stark contrast to this. Twice I had a one-hour delay with Frontier, and they proactively offered food vouchers and a flight voucher as a sign of goodwill. That is how an airline takes responsibility and values its customers. JetBlue, on the other hand, seems to operate under a "sucks for you" philosophy, which is a far cry from the customer-friendly image it attempts to project. This experience has not only soured my opinion of JetBlue but has also left me with a sense of dread. If this is how you handle issues on the ground, I can only imagine what the in-flight experience will be like. I will be sure to share my experience with friends and family, and I will be looking to other airlines for my future travel needs.
