JetBlue works well for us, especially when flying to locations in Eastern US and western Europe. We love the JetBlue points and perks program and Mosaic level, once achieved, can make flights more comfortable. Many routes available when flying from the South like Atlanta, Orlando or Tampa to the northeast and new England especially around New York and Boston area.

Fast Service. Flight left in time, arrived on time. I was so satisfied on how everything was so easy and organized,from the booking, the prices, departure, arrival,etc. Specially on this trip to Puerto Rico after 28 years not visiting the Island.

I recently flew with JetBlue and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, i gave 3 instead of 1 stars cause the gate agents were friendly and efficient, making the boarding process a breeze. The flight attendants were also attentive, which added to the overall comfort of the flight. However, I was quite disappointed by the plane itself. It felt dated, and for a 2025 flight, the lack of modern features was surprising. There were no charging ports, the tray table was dirty, warped and not not easy to place back, dirt and dust in between the seats, the WiFi took long to connect and went in and out through the flight making it difficult to enjoy the option of using my phone for entertainment, and the small TV only had three movie options available, and the flow of air was hot strong so it did feel a little warm, I learned that this aircraft was one of the first made, with only the seats upgraded, and honestly, that wasn’t much to brag about. Overall, while the service was great, but for the price the outdated plane significantly impacted my experience. I hope to see JetBlue invest much more in their fleet soon!

The complimentary ride is a must at MCO terminal C. First time traveling with JetBlue! I love it! I applied for their credit card and got approved mid flight, purchased snacks, got free snacks and free drinks, played games, watched a movie, purchased earbuds which is a must to watch a movie! Boarding is the most organized I have ever seen at the airport. Customer service at boarding was absolutely amazing! This gentleman announced every detail, making the process so much easier. I will travel with JetBlue again and again! If you have an early flight, you should watch the sunrise!

I wanted to leave a great review for Rachael Peacock. My husband tripped and fell in the Orlando airport. Someone called Jet Blue to get us a wheelchair. Rachael helped us so much. She offered to help with our bags and pushed my husband all the way over to Terminal C Jet Blue, which is quite a walk. Even helped me with the boarding and luggae tags. I wouldnt have been able to do this myself. Very nice lady. Its hard to find since people proving great customer service. Wanted to thank her again. She was our angel helping us.
