Absolutely the worst customer service of any airline we’ve ever experienced. Disrespectful and very clearly unsupportive of U.S military from our experience. Good luck traveling with your service dog as well. Do not waste your time or money with this airline. Shameful.

Offer affordable pricing. The staff were kind and they offer free snacks on your flight. I didn't have any issues when I traveled from louisiana to Massachusetts. The only part I didn't like was check in. They have gone towards using self check in rather then talking to people and seemed as if no one wanted to help me when I had issues getting baggage ticket for a stroller and car seat.

Tonight I flew on JetBlue Flight B6 1423 from Fort Lauderdale to New Orleans with my husband. The gate agent had hair down below her jacket, and half of her gooey, strip eyelash was bent directly up towards the ceiling. She barely acknowledged us, but we boarded the flight perfectly fine without a welcome. I had a seat, and noticed that my television did now work. I told the female flight attendant, and she replied, “I know.” When the snack options came around the flight attendant, Eddie, asked if we wanted anything. I asked if had any snacks with chocolate. He said, “You can reach down in that pocket, pull out a menu, and read it to see.” So a little later I went to use the restroom, and I waited outside for about 10 minutes. When the man in the velour track suit exited, there was urine on the floor, and tissues and toilet paper strewn around the entire area. I went back to my seat. Eddie and the “I know” flight attendant were no where to be found. The experience, and the way the flight attendant treated the passengers was so stunningly horrible that for the first time in my entire life I asked the female for her name and Eddie’s name. She replied, “We don’t give names.” That was not a flight. That was a flying septic tank. Run for your life.

The worst customer service in the world, apparently if your bag is 6 pounds over wait its $150 per bag for overweight items. Then the attendants were nothing but rude about the situation. Spoke to their Manager Lou and she was no help. After being upset with whole problem THEY THREATENED TO KICK MY FIANCE AND I OFF THE FLIGHT!!!

I fly regularly but they tend to be late or cancel regularly. Its a shame theve given up there old standards. I continue to fly with them and I’m sure i will as this seems to be the case with most airlines these days. Ive been mosaic for years and there diminished customer service and concern for the customer is evident in every policy change. Don’t expect to be on time to your destination and if they change the schedule for any thing less than 3 hours its up to you to sit in the airport in case they change their mind.
