Do not fly this airline unless you are prepared to feed, house and otherwise take care of yourself. They are liars in every area, from why the plane cannot fly to why they won't reimburse you. They left a plane full of people on an island with no food or hotel options. Emergency services brought in cots. I had to stack our towels etc. on my 83 year old mother to keep her warm. One poor lady spent the night in her wheelchair. No agents showed up the next morning so I ferried to the mainland, rented a car and drove home. They lied about why the plane couldn't take off telling us it was weather. The plane departed with just a pilot because the real reason was the lavatories were full.... We were never going, but they strung us along for hours making it impossible to find places to stay overnight. Then they refused to honor the reimbursement filed two days before the deadline claiming I had missed the deadline. Calling to follow up on that was useless as there are no active lines to customer service. This is a disastrous operation. Interesting note that much of my information came from the original pilot who timed out during all the shenanigans. He had to sleep on a cot as well so he was still trapped the next morning because he wasn't in an approved sleeping situation. We had a very informative breakfast at the restaurant that opened at 7. He was at the table next to us and was quite forthright.

Terrible airline don’t not fly with these people Rude people messed up our tickets and had use pay $500 more
