Awesome customer service at ticket counter, despite the fact that we had flight change due to weather in Boston. The seats on the plane are comfortable with lot of leg room. Recommend using this airline.

If I could rate them lower I will. My direct flight was canceled and rebooked 2 days later on a connector flight. No offer of hotel or food. We had to find some place to stay. The night before take off out connector flight was canceled and we were stranded in NY with no way of getting home. We took 3 trains to get home taking 5 hours. Our direct flight would have been 1 1/2 hours. Horrible service, could speak to a live person on the phone.

Flight got delayed 5 hours and when the plane arrived the pilots wouldn't fly us... they offered hotels to the entire flight but only gave out three hotel vouchers before declaring they had no more. Didn't stay long once customers started getting angry and yelling, thankfully we don't live far from the airport

We traveled jetblue airways to Jamaica. The trip out was decent enough. However, the trip home movie kept stopping, and you would have to start it over and go through all the ads again and again and again. Had a layover in jfk not to bad landed in Detroit and went to baggage claim they never posted a carousel # we waited and waited and waited finally someone that was on our plain spotted the luggage and they still hadn't posted a carousel # . Awfully nice of jetblue to leave us hanging. Apparently they don't care about there customers after you get off their plane. They got your money
