Amazing service! Flew from DCA to SJU and I will fly with them for now on after this experience, snacks were amazing, and boarding was fast! The IFE wasn’t great but that’s just because it was an older plane, definitely worth it.

We had 4 flights with this airline. They all went smoothly. Self check in was a brilliant option to print bad labels and boarding pass. Really impressed with the leg room on the plane. The in-flight service was good. The only negative was the food. It was ok. Cold food only served so we were a bit disappointed with that. Overall excellent ❤️❤️

Thank you JetBlue! I’m so grateful to the JetBlue team for helping me recover the bag I accidentally left on the plane. The staff were kind, efficient, and truly went the extra mile to make sure it was safely returned. This really shows why JetBlue is my favorite airline—thank you again for the amazing service! ✈️💙

After finishing the NYC Marathon yesterday, I was barely walking and just trying to get through security and catch my flight. I had a small souvenir bag with jackets that I was literally about to put on. A JetBlue employee named Dianess decided to make a scene — claiming it was a “third bag,” even after we explained it wasn’t. Instead of showing the slightest understanding, she got loud, rude, and sent us all the way back to the beginning of the line. This was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating, especially for someone who had just finished a marathon and was clearly exhausted. People like her should not be the face of an airline. The first employee passengers meet should make them feel welcome — not attacked. JetBlue, please train your staff to show some empathy and professionalism. One bad attitude can ruin the entire travel experience.

6/13/25 Breanna at the helpdesk was very professional had wonderful customer service, very understanding and helpful. She saved my day. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service, don’t know what it means, but she does. JetBlue is not my go to airline, however with staff like Breanna making it a good experience after several negative situations is encouraging

Flew with them for my trip to New York Nov 5 and back home Nov 9th. The flight was great. Nonstop flight, the price was very reasonable. The plane was newer looking, great leg room and free wifi 😁. The crew was very nice and welcoming

Surprisingly smooth despite of the holiday rush. And right after the doctor shutdown. Despite of construction we didnt come across any traffic but it was 4 a.m., so who knows!

Not recommended as an airline…. The food is just lots of sugar a real American diet you will leave this flight starving just wanting anything savory, their standards have dropped since I have flown with them in the past, sassy workers not being professional but rather taking everything personal. I don’t com to fly for others feelings airports are go go go and everyone must handle Themselves. The food really was so bad that it infuriated me that they think banana bread and overnight oats are acceptable for 7 hour flight it’s not. Standards are slipped maybe for New Yorkers they aren’t used to getting much but for Europeans you will not like this. The air hostess Endera is absolutely the best air hostess I’ve ever seen she works her butt off and the company would be foolish to not promote her to uphold standards
