Don’t use JetBlue. Will change luggage, and change what you paid for. The fact employees are not following the RULES.. do not want what they are doing being documented and accounted for.

Better than Spirit/Southwest/Frontier but not as great as Delta or American Airlines. They have a pretty good customer service

As a loyal JetBlue customer, IAH JetBlue is always the worst service I encounter. The gate is very outdated. On my last trip 3 of the 6 kiosks didn’t work. Before that there was an hour line. You need to make a long line to check your bags even if you don’t need anything else. Nothing compares to the JFK JetBlue terminal. The gate agents are very nice at least, but JetBlue needs to upgrade everything here.

JetBlue’s flight is the worst airline experience I had, out of all the airlines I travelled so far in the USA. IAH (Houston) airport jetblue employees/staff are very careless in handling checked baggages. They lost my checked baggage. Am going through their claim process now. JetBlue airline always delays more than 3-4 hours from IAH or their pilot time out. Its there regular pattern. If possible try to avoid flying from JetBlue otherwise its your luck.

Worse than Spirit—for double the price or more! I spent 8 hours at the airport (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) dealing with nonstop flight delays, only for JetBlue to cancel the flight entirely. They rescheduled us for the next day at a completely different time (late afternoon instead of morning), ruining our plans. On top of that, they refused to cover the hotel, meals, or Uber costs we had to pay because of their delay and cancellation. Absolutely disappointing service—never expected this from a "premium" airline domestic flight
