Terrible check-in experience with JetBlue at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). My wife, traveling to Indonesia on a $1.2k+ round-trip ticket (JetBlue + Qatar), was denied check-in because she only has a single name. She has flown many times internationally using the same format, never an issue until now. JetBlue staff member, Marvin, was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. He blocked a colleague who was trying to assist us, refused to acknowledge our explanation about the common “FNU” name format used in U.S. immigration systems, and told us we should just fly with another airline, despite us remaining calm and polite the entire time. His lack of basic cultural awareness and customer support cost us over $1,200. We expect better from JetBlue. If you’re an international traveler with a single name, beware. JetBlue’s system and frontline staff may not be ready to support you. We’re for JetBlue to review whether Marvin should represent your brand.

Flight was great. Staff was attentive and helpful. Seats were comfortable. Only issue was with the entertainment system. I was watching a movie on my flight. When I flew back I was not able to finish the movie because it wasn’t in the catalog. If catalog could be made consistent if possible that would be great. It was the same flight too on the way back. Don’t know why that happened but was disappointed.

As soon as you walk in the door there is a JetBlue assistant to help you with any assistance, checking you in, help with luggage. The only problem I had was at my gate, the music was playing very loud overhead, the person @ the departure gate could not be heard over the speaker so it was impossible to hear what section was boarding. I wear hearing aids, had them on background noise and I still had difficult hearing her.

This is my favorite airline. The seats are big and clean especially if you pay for extra leg room. The crew is very helpful and they are pretty much on time. The prices are competitive depending on which airport you are flying from.

The worst company I ever flown with!!!!! Personnel is so rude!!!! Flights were delayed!! Paid 70$ online for 2 checked in bags, at the airport only 1 was counted. Thank you!! I’m a frequent flyer and I did at least 25 flights a year for a decade trough all Europe.

What in the actual hell is wrong with the employees here?
