The absolute worst airline. My flights were all delayed. I missed my connecting flights and they lost my luggage. They didn’t even have the courtesy to compensate me or at the very least apologize. I missed an entire day of my vacation. Never again will I fly JetBlue.

I hate JetBlue! I feel like it’s the Amtrak of the air. We were suppose to take off @11:38am, everyone was well sat before hand but we’re the 20th plane to take off. Just seems like they have low priority… the WiFi was cancelled on this flight. Can’t wait to never fly again with JetBlue.

Worst airlines! Bad service. They don't let you bring your carry-on to plane and force you to put it with luggage and make you wait for it for over an hour!

I'm usually a big fan of JetBlue but my SeaTac experience was garbage. Check-in computers were down, not accepting payment and they only had 2 members available to check in about 50 people. The line took over an hour to get through and at one point they yelled out that people were going to miss their flights because they couldn't get them checked in fast enough. Finally 2 or 3 more members showed up about an hour prior to the only 2 proposed flights they were showing on the board and helped process people through but by that time, people weren't able to get through TSA and on to their flights before they closed the doors.

PRO TIP: Never pay the $50 per bag fee to check your bags! Wait until you get to the gate, if they ruin out of space on the plane they check your bags for free! The only reason I'm not giving a one star is because the very nice gentleman who took our $150 for three bags was very nice. Would have been even nicer if he'd given us the pro tip. Now I know for the flight home: pay to check one bag with all the toiletries, check the other two for free at the gate.
