How ironic. Leaving Texas we had delighted (mostly men) flight attendants providing fantastic service. Leaving New York we had disgruntled (mostly women) Moody flight attendants on the same JetBlue route.

Showed up a few hours in advance of the flight, only to hang out at an un-staffed desk for another hour waiting on rude JetBlue crew members who told everyone they were in the "wrong line." After a dubious $150 'overweight bag' fee, I watched our stuff get HEAVED onto a the baggage belt. Ran this interaction past JetBlue's customer service line and got a 'too bad about the bag charge; but that all sounds good to me' answer. Don't fly with them, and ESPECIALLY not out of Austin- let 'em go bankrupt again.
