I had a disappointing experience with a JetBlue employee named Jolly (Badge #49215) at the Tampa International Airport terminal. Her customer service was well below the standard I’ve come to expect from JetBlue. Jolly exhibited terrible body language—closed off, disengaged, and unapproachable. She showed no understanding or sympathy during the interaction and made no effort to offer additional support or solutions. Her overall demeanor gave the impression that she simply didn’t care. This kind of interaction reflects poorly on the JetBlue brand. I hope this matter is addressed internally, as travelers deserve respectful, empathetic, and solution-oriented service—especially in moments of need.

I have a connection on Jetblue to Boston and onwards on Aer Lingus. I asked the guy at the help desk if we can travel to Boston a day earlier and stay a night in Boston. The Jetblue guy at Tampa airport was so unhelpful. He said contact AerLingus to change a jetblue flight. But Aer Lingus cannot be contacted.

I wish I can put zero star. I had the worst flights ever with Jetblue from turkey to JFK then to tampa florida. My flight from JFK to tampa was cancelled before I even arrived to JFK airport. They made me fly to Boston so I can catch a flight back to Tampa Fl. And lost my luggage. Moreover, BOTH my bags were not found and No One is doing anything to help me locate them.... The worst treatment I ever experienced. Now it's my day 3 NO News about my bags ...

We were booked on JetBlue by Icelandair so I had some difficulty checking in. Angelica was so helpful and went well above and beyond to help us. She noticed that our flight was delayed so she looked to change our pre-assigned seats closer to the front of the plane. She was so patient with us and so friendly. I sporadically fly jet blue, usually to Boston, but I will look to use them much more often if this is the level of service that they provide. Thanks so much Angelica!

Yhe plane experience itself was very good. Tampa check-in was super smooth. The only issue was the two onboard meals. The dinner tray was still partially frozen. Was not warm along with the breakfast. Super cold. Food 0 points. Entertainment was very acceptable Very good on time flight to Paris
