Worst Service Ever!!! Consequence of Consumer Fraud, lied to customer! 7 Days Deep East Coast Tour, only one person participate both as driver and guide, drive 10+ hours a day, with only pathetic introduce. No safe guaranteed. But required double tips. Changed plan again and again, waster time travel from Boston to Flushing to change guide. One night hotel didn't have hot water for bath! When we dispute to the agent called Carol, 3 weeks passed, do not reply email, we are taking legal action now, Won't go there more!!!!!
