It was a dram of mine to go to South Korea. I got to experience that through JB Luxury Excapes. The trip coordination for South Korea was wonderful. I appreciate the communication. All that was requested for this desired trip was taken into consideration and I appreciated that. I was with tour guides that made me and those I went with feel safe. We had great hotels and good suggestions for things to do when we were not on tour. This was lovely.

I had the absolute worst experience in DR this past summer with my family. I have done bookings for myself and did a much better job. However, I decided to book with JB Luxury Escapes, since I was busy. We stayed at The Rui Punta Cana and its terrible. The entire hotel smell like mold/mildew is in the HVAC system. Imagine my son’s brand new white t-shirt turned off white, just from being in the room. The bathrooms were nasty and filthy with mildew and water stains. I will never use this agency again, never will I recommend anyone as well. If I could have given Ms. Joan Newton a zero star, I would. Imagine, my kids had no electricity in the their bathroom. Who the hell goes on vacation and pay to be in the dark. SHAME, SHANE ON YOU!! Do a better job with vetting your hotels.

One Star is Too Generous… Let me just say—I’m having the absolute worst experience with this travel agent. The owner, Joan! If unresponsive had a face, it would be hers. I’ve reached out multiple times, and the silence has been louder than my suitcase wheels at 3 AM. Joan seems to think accountability is optional, and communication? Nonexistent. It’s giving ghosted, not guided. Planning a trip should be exciting, not stressful—and definitely not a guessing game. Do yourself a favor: if you want your vacation to feel like a vacation and not a scavenger hunt for basic answers, look elsewhere.

Two years ago Joan planed a group trip to Grenada for my friends and I. We stayed in a 4star all-inclusive resort which was very nice. The people there were very friendly and welcoming.
