The worst experience I’ve ever had in “customer service” was rude from start. long story short. She said to me “wasn’t” even enough money for her to entertain this conversation anymore cause I had built up points at hotels “free nights” and built up miles in flying... just looking for tickets to Disney world first time reaching out to a travel Agency..... do not go here for help or quotes really anything horrible place

We traveled to Alaska using It’s Trip Time in August with a group of eleven people and every single one of us had issues. Our family decided to use this travel agent so we had to also. Cindy is friendly but I would call her with a question and she would say she would call us back but forget to call. All of the people we traveled with had similar issues. She also forgot to book transfers for us. Thankfully, we were able to catch that at the last minute. She was able to get it fixed for us but costs us another $300 the week before we left when we had already paid the trip off! She also forgot to book an airport transfer after the cruise was over for the people we were traveling with. I hate to give a bad review but I do not recommend It’s Trip Time. Using this company caused more stress than anything. I feel like I would have been better off booking this trip myself. We just had too much trouble. I will not use this company again. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because overall we had a good trip once we got everything sorted out and were on our cruise.
