Trip of a lifetime. Extremely well planned and laid out with excellent accommodations and activities that were mirrored out in the way that allow you to enjoy them robustly and also have the downtime you might need later in the afternoon each day. Stunning experience in Croatia. Highly recommend. A+.

Integrity Destinations LLC was the best choice when deciding to travel to Croatia/Solvenia. Kim was there for us every step of the way. Guides were great, good food, hotel accommodations were superior, and the best part; we were always a walk away from the town squares. We will be calling Integrity Destinations for our next vacation.

Used Integrity Destinations to coordinate and plan a very complex trip. For the most part, the trip went well. There are some areas I want to mention though. During planning, Kim helped find cruise(s) that fit what we were looking for and sent many to choose from. The one we chose was one that I found myself (not a big deal). Once I provided that to Kim, she immediately started reserving. We needed 2 rooms and to take advantage of how the best pricing would work. She got creative and had to split up the party in such a way that it put my wife and I in separate rooms. What we didn't know is how that would impact life on the ship. My wife had different benefits than I did because the two rooms were of different classes and it could not be fixed after you board beyond getting the right room key for us to be together. Everything else was planned well. The only dings I'd give is: 1. The delay in communication sometimes. After responding to an email with a question, I'd sometimes have to wait days for a response and sometimes, send another email to get a response. And 2, the lack of an itemized summary of charges. I like to know up front what I'm paying for (price of cruise cabin, price of gratuities, price of transfers, etc) and not just a combined price. During the trip, we only had one issue to speak of. The transfer that was arranged to take us from the airport to our hotel only waited 1hr from the landing time and left. When I contacted them, they would not come back and would not refund the money. Our delay was caused by customs and baggage claim and we were only 5 mins past that hour. I had to pay for an Uber above and beyond what we paid for. I will say that when I called the emergency number and left a voicemail, the response from Integrity Destinations was great! Even in the middle of the night MDT, I received a call back in minutes. Unfortunately, it was to no avail. I still had to arrange my own transportation at that point. But at least they were responsive with there being no way to know this was going to happen. The big takeaway is that Integrity Destinations did a great job setting things up (hopefully they don't use that same transfer company in Barcelona though). The only complaint I have with them as a company is the communication needs to improve. As an extreme planner myself, I know the devil is in the details. But in order to identify those details, communication is paramount. We ended up leaving some benefits on the table and spent more money on other benefits because it was not communicated to us how the benefits would be limited in getting the price reduced. I ended up paying more in the end as a result. Additionally, I had received emails saying, "Hope the trip is going well" days before we even left home and "Hope the trip went well" while we were still on the trip. These are automated emails that leave the customer wondering if they are just a number. Finally, I sent an email to them after the trip thanking them for the efforts they put into it and still have yet to hear back from that one and it's been a month. Again, communication. Would I use them again? Maybe. However, I feel I could have accomplished all of the tasks they did on my own. Not everyone can say that so if you need help, by all means use Integrity Destinations. Just be persistent on the communications.

When our flight was canceled you were right there and got us a flight the next day. If I had a question you answered it in minutes. Thank you for all of your hard work.
