I have taken the NYC trip. Very well planned trip. Tour guide is very helpful and knowledgable. There is ample free time to explore in your own. Our luggage picked up and delivered to room. Hotel centrally located. A great time.

Just returned from my first trip with Imperial and was impressed. Enjoyed the experience. Fellow travelers and tour guide were friendly, and bus driver safe. We had an opportunity to see and do a lot during our excursion. Look forward to next trip with them. Would recommend. Update: traveled with them again recent, and it was not nearly as enjoyable, largely due to a few fellow passengers who were obnoxious. Imperial also takes too many restroom breaks. and fast food stops. If that’s your thing , great, but not mine.

Joy is a real whiz when it comes to helping book flights, like our trip we are planning to the Middle East.

Long story short, my trip was filled with bad experiences. So many that I wouldn't even begin to explain. I have heard that they have great trips, but with this being a first time tour for this destination, it turned out to feel like an experimental trip to see how it goes. Getting a credit in the mail for $25. for my next trip was the last straw. No customer service at all. This was very expensive for what they pay for, constantly being on the bus, lack of eating places for us to pay for and no hot water in the last hotel. Many more problems with this trip but I did get a credit!! No way will I be using it. Very disappointing.

We have used Imperial Travel twice now for chartered trips and both times have been more than impressed! The customer service is top notch. We have chartered a hummer limo and a 32 passenger bus, both which were clean and well equipped for the purpose of our trips. Our driver, Royce, was accommodating, friendly, and easy going! Would highly recommend Imperial Travel!
