I have booked two cruises with Iglu now. I find their website really easy to use and understand, and when I have needed to contact customer service by telephone, I’ve not had a problem either. Very helpful staff with well spoken English and an easy website with very good deals. I search for cruise deals and I often find Iglu offers what I am looking for. I highly recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with Iglu Cruise and the way they have handled my complaint. We booked a Royal Caribbean cruise through them, and Iglu was fully aware of all passengers’ ages, including that our two children are 2 years old and 7 months old. Despite this, they booked us into a cabin that used bunk beds, which Royal Caribbean’s own policy clearly states are only suitable for children aged six and over. This meant that my 2-year-old daughter could not use the bed, and we were left with no choice but to have her sleep on a small, hard sofa for the entire cruise. We paid for a proper bed for every passenger — not for our young child to sleep uncomfortably all week. The situation completely ruined our holiday. It was heartbreaking watching my daughter struggle to sleep on a sofa when she should have been comfortable and enjoying herself. To make matters worse, when I called Iglu’s helpline before the ship had even left port, the agent was unhelpful and hung up on me. Since then, I’ve been trying to get a proper response from their customer complaints department, but all I’ve been told repeatedly is that they will “respond within 28 days.” Weeks have passed, and I’m still waiting. Iglu Cruise’s lack of responsibility, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer care is shocking. Once they’ve taken your money, they simply don’t want to know. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid booking with Iglu Cruise. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be left to deal with it on your own.

I find the Iglu site quite easy to access and interrogate , there being so many filters Sarah Savage from the team dealt with my enquiry and subsequent booking. She was excellent Bright and conversationally skilled. How often now is it a struggle to talk to someone on the phone other than in the most basic and task focussed way. My last interaction with Iglu really was a “computer says no” type of affair, so she was a breath of fresh air. Sarah gave us a fair price and set out the cruise line reasoning behind it, answered all my questions on peripheral aspects and when I came back with a challenge, she dealt with it straight away and altered my price. Very happy indeed with the service , thank you

Excellent customer service - I decided to amend my cruise and stay holiday booking by extending my city stay at the end of the cruise. I tried to contact by phone but was advised to use the portal. At first I was daunted by the expected response times ("within 5 days") but was delighted to receive a response within around 20 minutes! After an exchange of emails with Barbara, she was able to book extra nights at the hotel and rearrange our return flights for a very reasonable cost. The whole process took well under 2 hours and I am now able to arrange additional sightseeing tours at a more relaxed pace. Thank you again for your excellent customer service.

Booked a last minute cruise yesterday and had the pleasure of dealing with Sharon Hubbard. She was fantastic! So friendly and knowledgeable. Also Iglu my go to agents came up trumps again with a price match. Great customer service as always!
