I have been a member of ice rewards for 11years. I have looked at other travel clubs but Ice rewards has always done a better job and a better price. I would highly recommend them. I planned a cruise for 7 people, Karen Ambros from the cruise department did everything. She was wonderful, she spent alot of time on the phone with me trying to figure out the best cruise for the price, then she even regestered a couple of the people who were having trouble. I could not have done it without her assistance, she was so pleasant and she made me feel very welcomed. I never felt like I was bothering her.

Amazing, Fantastic food! everything walkable, spa experience was great… maybe only improvement… entertainment venue, lighting, stage production not as high caliber as other all-inclusives we have attended in the past! For aesthetic, food, service though… 5 star … Great place to vacation
