The staff here makes the stay top shelf. I've been here multiple times and have had great encounters from the front desk, dining staff and bar staff. Ashley particularly stood out to me. She is a natural in the hospitality industry. The accommodations at this hotel are very convenient. While the carpet in the hallways need to be refreshed and lobby couch needs to be replaced, the rooms are comfortable and present well for a holiday inn.

We chose this hotel for the shuttle service to airport and being able to leave our car. Service was supposed to be til 12 midnight but the guy went home. Danielle took off and picked us up at airport at 11:00! She went over and beyond service with a fun attitude. Great front desk personality ! We’d stay there again because of her!

We moved to AL from Hawaii, it was very stressful not being familiar with anything.. Our stay here was like arriving at a good friends place. We called from the airport and Andrea sweet voice assured us Beau would be arriving to pick us up at the shuttle and limo stop and he sure did, within minutes! Smiling he helped us get all of our luggage on board and was friendly and welcomed us, he answered all our questions about the area and offered help should we need anything in our room because he also was the maintenance man. Andrea at the front desk, answered questions and set us up quickly with our breakfast voucher and room key. The room is lovely, clean, well stocked and cooled down for us. We are so impressed, the breakfast staff was lovely, pouring orange juice as we sat down to eat from the wonderful buffet! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything about it was great! The room was great! The bed was comfy and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful! Parking here was $20.00 extra, but it was a secure lot behind the hotel. I only have one complaint. The curtains do not close completely, and there is a really bright light outside my windows. (See photos)

Front desk staff was amazing, lobby and bar area were too, though receptionist wrote our room number as 972 but there was no such room so we tried 927 and it worked- a little scary! The room was in need of updating, a deep clean and/or painting, and the bed was crooked, slanted, and felt like being rolled up in a tortilla, but overall fine for one night for the price. Where our complaint lies is being billed for a smoking fee. My husband said it best when calling the manager to dispute the charge, as we DO NOT smoke, and said, “Ma’am, if there was the faintest molecule smell of smoke my wife would’ve marched back downstairs and asked to change rooms or for a refund.” Unfortunately, he had to take it up with our credit card company because they said they could not reverse the charges….so frustrating and such a waste of time!

Danielle was very helpful on my check in. I was needing 2 rooms for family. But we ended up with room with bunk beds. Worked out perfect. She was great help for sure. Even saved me money on another room.

Cool location very clean hotel and rooms. Respectful staff front front desk to housekeeping Breakfast and housemen. Will be back my only complaint is the site specifically says “no deposit required” and a $50 (refundable of course), was deducted from my card they also do not accept cash so that’s a bit inconvenient other than that great hotel.
