This was the worst Travel Agency ever! Never have I been treated with so much disrespect than I have with Hilmar! Joe was extremely rude and unpleasant, he did not want to answer any questions and was not helpful. He was short with the answers he did give and was very dismissive. I am not sure what the problem is but if Joe did not want to do his job that day then he should have stayed home. I’m baffled at how one can own a travel agency but not want to assist anyone with travel. If he does not like the business that he is in, maybe he should quit. It’s terrible that there is not a team that I can file a formal complaint with. I will never recommend Hilmar to anyone and will be reporting him to the BBB. If you have any sense, stay far, far away.

Please note that Hilmar Travel Agency will be closed for the following dates; 6/1 through 6/6 for personal vacation. That's very Ironic 😂 don't you think...
