I was very impressed with the professionalism of Hermes and my chauffeur. I had to book a ride last minute and it was handled very easily. When I came down to the lobby of my building, Jack was standing outside next to his limousine holding a sign with my name printed on it. Then, when changes were made to my appointment once the trip had already begun, my driver contacted Hermes and they made simple modifications to the scheduled trip. Jack took me to a very interesting museum that I had never seen and waited as we passed the time before my new appointment. I was very pleased. Jack was very courteous, always making sure I was doing well. He made sure I was taken care of both arriving at the hospital and when I returned. Thank you for providing very good service!
