Peter Herff botched our travel arrangements. He failed to inform us of a return flight change from Berlin to Austin, adding a Houston stop, forcing us to book a hotel overnight and take another flight on May 28. His curt, unapologetic response showed no care. Our business-class seats on the Berlin–Newark flight were in separate rows, isolating us. The Lufthansa flight to Geneva was outdated, hot, and uncomfortable. Peter’s poor communication and sloppy planning ruined our travel experience. Avoid him for luxury travel. Use Grok!

Peter at Herff travel helped me get flights and hotels for my European honeymoon. He was responsive and timely. He also provided great insights since I had never been to Europe before. I would highly recommend their services!
