I had the pleasure of booking a trip to Cartagena with HERE YOU TRAVEL. Upon our arrival, we encountered a reservation issue, but it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. During our stay, we visited three wonderful hotels: Dorado Plaza, ibis and Cartagena Plaza, all of which were conveniently located in beautiful areas. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, offering a variety of options. The rooms were comfortable, but what stood out the most was the hotel staff - incredibly friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this travel agency to anyone planning a trip to the stunning city of Cartagena. A big thank you to everyone for making this experience so enjoyable!

We have used this agency for a trip we are currently on in Cartagena, Colombia/ The entire trip post flight landing in Cartagena has been a disaster. We’ve been in three hotels in four nights. First hotel did not have a reservation and we arrived at 2 am only to be shuttled off to a cockaroach infested hotel the Hotel Dorado Boca Grande. The local representative left us in our own and the group (10 people) have been shuttled around like cattle from low rent hotel to low rent hotel. We have had to pay for our own accommodations and now book a separate flight home to Miami because Avianca has no flight for us tomorrow. If you’re thinking of giving this company any money for travel. Think hard, think long AND think again. They should be embarrassed…and maybe now they may be.
