After long crocodile queues and a sense that the systems were overwhelmed by passengers we finally got through security. The worst experience was at the lounge. On arrival at the only lounge, that clearly had available seating, we were asked to register to wait for access. We use *Priority Pass*. After waiting for nearly an hour and no sign of any progress, we asked again at the lounge reception to be told we were 34th in the queue. Again there were clearly empty seats. We waited again, returning to the lounge reception after another twenty minutes. At this time we were told that we could enter. What a mess. Not only was there a very limited food choice of food, but the styrene plates were tiny and the vegetarian choice limited to cheese chunks, bread and hummus. What a pitiful experience. Don't waste your money on a Priority Pass and don't waste your time at Las Vegas Airport thinking that you will get a positive lounge experience. Not worth the money and made a disappointing experience worse. I would add that the staff, once inside, were very helpful.

My host JC was awesome, he always smile when he greets a guest. Makes everyone feel welcomed. He is the best worker at this spot. I've never seen him turn his back on guest or get a attitude with someone. Just great at what he do. Thank you jc 🤩

My wife got a ticket picking me up from terminal 3 passenger pick up because the parking official didn’t believe she was there to pick me up. She waited maybe 10 minutes max, when I came out with my bags and everything he still didn’t believe us and just walked away, refusing to engage in conversation. He also barely spoke English and when she asked him to slow down and try to explain to her what he was trying to say he took it as an offense and increased the ticket by 50 dollars.

Take your time, ppl ripping around, doors opening, pedestrians, taxis, ubers. Its a mad house.

A vast airport equally matching to that of the city of Las Vegas. The airport also has a casino for playing games thereby giving a glimpse of the city’s atmosphere of casinos. Fast and hassle free security check. Free and quick Shuttle service works great for every minute from car rental drop place to the specified terminal. Plenty of restrooms and restaurants as well.
