Halo booked my vacation package for my birthday trip to Maldives. Iyan Smith was the representative who assisted me. He was very responsive, and attentive. His supervisor Bruce also assisted at times. They answered all of my questions immediately, and I had a lot of them! When I missed my connecting flight to Quatar due to airline delays, they were able to help me with making arrangements to change my stay dates with the hotel.
