This has without doubt been the best experience i have ever had from a travel agent. Even during times like these when everything is so uncertain Mr. Hufeiza as always calm, cool, and responsive, providing end to end assistance from flight details, to form details to even helping with things like the Covid Test. He kept checking up on me to ensure that everything was fine even after landing.
