Very great experience every time I have used them to catch a flight from Bham to Atlanta. Mr. Charles was an exceptional driver that I had today considering my flight was delayed 4 hours but he made my ride back to Bham a smooth one.

Drivers are great, however our shuttle was a no show in atl due to a crash in their system, which of course is not acceptable and messed up our entire schedule. We had been traveling over 24 hours already and not leaving for home on time was terrible. Needs to be better organized.

I took the Groome from Birmingham AL to Atlanta and Larry was my driver. He was so very nice and professional. He made sure all of the passengers were comfortable and communicated everything we needed to know about our trip. He made the start of my vacation very easy!! Shout out to Larry!!!

I have been using Groome for 2+ years and will never go back to the excessive delays and high prices caused by flying from Birmingham to Atlanta. I recommend this company to all my acquaintances who travel. You can’t beat the peace and quiet along with the cost savings. In a year, I saved enough to fly somewhere else. As a retired person, this is great.

Saturday 7/5/25 3:45pm shuttle just didn’t show up ((ATL). No Info that there is a delay or shuttle not showing up but plenty of messages about the need of being at ground transportation B9/B10 on time. Also checked google maps if there was a traffic jam or anything else between Birmingham and ATL airport (both ways) but there weren’t any. Tried to get an info/answer from the Leeds office by phone and email * follow up - no answer at all! Not even a „sorry“… It’s been the last time I have taken Groome, I’ll rather pay a lot for the ATL-BHM flight in future! UPDATE: Your “system” is partially right. A shuttle came I think 2 hours late if I remember right. But the 3:45pm shuttle didn’t show up. Neither I or any other passenger received a message about it, no one answered the calls during the two hours wait time. We had to wait in the summer heat w/o knowing if the shuttle comes in the next 5 min or if it’s worth going back into the airport or if the next shuttle has enough empty seats for all who were booked on the no show shuttle. And this all that after traveling for 18 hours already. Do you find such information also in your “system”? Just think about the whole story, not just what your system ist showing.
