Shirlee was great and very patient!!! We had tons of questions before we could make a final decision. The transaction was smooth with no hassle...we got back 2 days ago from Cabo and EVERYTHING went smoothly!!! Thank you so much Shirlee!!!

Absolute scam! spend hours in a presentation, then have to pay $50 to initiate the certificate, they make it very difficult to submit dates that you are available, just to tell you a couple weeks beforehand if you can go or not. As if we don't have jobs and need to request PTO and book flights. Never got to use the certificate because they kept rejecting my requested dates. Never doing a timeshare for this again!

To whom this may concern to, Please stay away from all this timeshare presentation. Over and over again I see people fall for this and unfortunately many people get scammed or end up with something that wasn’t what they signed up for. I received a travel certificate for 4 free nights vacation from attending a time share presentation at the Wyndham in Anaheim. I had to mail in a $50 check and complete specific criteria within a short deadline all by certified postal mail ( my choice) in order to receive my certificate. I submitted the dates for travel and it was received by the deadline but I received a response that my dates were invalid. I also was offered other locations except the one that I signed up for because it was no longer available for some odd reason. I did everything that was asked from me but of course they try to find a reason to void my request. My tax deposit check was cashed without any travel confirmation. I’m so disappointed, especially when I’m a Wyndham card holder and a loyal customer. I will be reaching out to all appropriate parties to get to the bottom of this.

Ariana did a fantastic job!!! She deserves a 5-star review! She pivoted nicely when the first reservation fell through and found us another great hotel. Well done, Ariana!

Bigtime scam. We won a free 3 day 2 night stay usable at a bunch of locations as a fundraising reward. The brochure and website all stated that the only money we needed to pay was a $50 deposit. Coming up on 30 days before our first selected date we had not received any confirmation yet, so we decided to call and get an update. They told us we had to pay an additional $120 for taxes and booking fees, which was not stated anywhere in the brochure or website. We immediately requested a refund of our deposit, we could stay at any of the hotels they use and pay the same price that they’re charging just for phony fees.
